I'm a social worker, story-listener and a budding story teller.

For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside children, young people, and families in all kinds of settings. What’s always stayed with me is this: when people feel safe and supported to reconnect with their story, healing and growth starts to happen.

I hold a Master of Counselling Social Work from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Sydney anchoring my practice in both therapeutic depth and a strong commitment to social justice.

Story Thread was born from a deep love of therapeutic, creative, and narrative-based approaches. Here, I offer my services to help children and young people as well as those working in relational and trauma-informed ways. I believe everyone deserves a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are.
